We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging with all tags attached. We will provide you with a return label that you can use to ship the item(s) back to us.
Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in their original condition. If the items(s) meet our return policy criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at richunclellc@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. We will provide you with a return label that you can use to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If the item(s) meet our exchange policy criteria, we will ship out the replacement item(s) at no additional cost to you.
